1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid towards our research services are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, once the payment has been made and access to services has been provided.
This is in line with SEBI guidelines that prohibit assured returns, performance-linked fees, or guarantees of profit.

2. Service Delivery

Services will be delivered strictly as per the subscription plan chosen by the client.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If a client has mistakenly made more than one payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded.
Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the client’s account, the same will be reversed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
